1. WHAT’S THE SCHEDULE?

Friday, 25 July
16:00 – Guest arrival
18:30 – Gala buffet + speeches
20:30 – Live music + mingling

Saturday, 26 July
12:00–24:00 – All-day open-air: buffet, beats, swimming, sauna, hot tub, outdoor & indoor games and lots more to discover!

Sunday, 27 July
09:00 – Breakfast + farewell

2. CAN I STAY AT THE CASTLE?

Yes, we have a few options

  • Camping: BYO tent (basic facilities on-site)
  • Castle Rooms: Shared rooms with standard mattresses. Castle shared rooms are limited so we’re prioritising beds for guests traveling long distances or unable to bring camping gear.
  • Prefer a hotel or an airbnb? Let us know, we're happy to help you in finding a solution.

Note: Depending on final confirmations, we may be able to offer everyone a bed in the castle! We’ll update all guests by 28th April with finalised arrangements

3. HOW DO I GET TO SCHLOSS SCHÖNOW?

Address: Schloß Schönow, Am Schloßpark 1, 16303 Schwedt/Oder, Germany


For International Guests: Fly to Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) or Szczecin Airport (SZZ). Both require a 1-2 hour drive or public transport to the venue.

Public Transport Options
From Berlin: Regional trains connect Berlin Central Station to Angermünde.

Transfer to a bus (RB66) from Angermünde to Schönow station.

A short 10-minute walk (750m) leads to the venue.

From Szczecin:Take the regional train (RB66) from Szczecin Główny to Schönow station.

Walk 10 minutes (750m) to the venue.

4. CAN I SKIP SATURDAY’S PARTY?

Absolutely. Join us for Friday’s dinner and speeches, but arrive by 16:00. Let us know in your RSVP.

5. WHAT’S THE FOOD SITUATION?

Friday: Gala buffet dinner.

Saturday: All-day buffet (replenished).

Sunday: Breakfast spread.

Dietary needs? Please indicate them through the RSVP form.

6. WHAT TO BRING IF I CAMP?

Tent, sleeping bag, and camping essentials. The venue has 8 bathrooms in total with showers.

7. CAN I BRING KIDS?

This is an adults-only event. Sorry, we know they are cute 🥰, but give you an excuse to let your hair down. 

8. IS THERE PARKING?

Yes, on-site parking available. Confirm in your RSVP.

9. WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Friday: Elegant dinner attire—think refined but not rigid. No color restrictions (we’re far from traditionalists). Suits, cocktail dresses, or bold ensembles—your choice.

Saturday: Festival-inspired creativity. Sequins, jumpsuits, retro prints, or anything that sparks joy. The bolder, the better.

10. CAN I BRING A CAMPERVAN?

Yes! Campervans are welcome in the designated parking/camping area.

Note: Space is limited—let us know in advance.

Basic facilities (toilets, water) are provided, but no electrical hookups.

Arrival/departure times align with the event schedule (no early arrivals).

11. ANY ACTIVITIES BESIDES THE PARTY?

Absolutely. Beyond the beats and bites, we’ve curated games and surprises to keep the energy buzzing on Friday and Saturday.

But if you’d rather unwind, the castle grounds include a jacuzzi, sauna, and pool—perfect for recharging between festivities. Dive into a sunset soak, sweat out the party, or float your way into conversation with new friends.

Friday sparks post-dinner connection (think: light games and music). Saturday balances celebrations with chill-out zones.

Bring your swimwear and competitive spirit—or just your ability to relax.

12. CAN WE BRING A GIFT?

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. If you’d like to honor us in another way, we’ll share details closer to the date—no pressure, just love.
